Alramz Real Estate Secures SAR300 Million Credit Facilities from Alinma Bank

Alramz Real Estate (SASE:4327) secured 300 million Saudi riyals worth of Sharia-compliant credit facilities from Alinma Bank (SASE:1150).

The first facility is worth 200 million riyals and has a five-year term, while the second is a six-month revolver worth 100 million riyals, according to a Tuesday filing. Proceeds will be used to finance the property group's land acquisitions, development costs, and expansion plans, among other purposes.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) issued nearly 2 million units to its manager at SG$0.9886 per unit as payment for a SG$2 million acquisition fee, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The fee was in connection with the acquisition of four properties in Germany and the Netherlands.Following the issuance, the manager has an interest in 20.2 million units, accounting for 0.53% of the company's total issued units.

Temasek Unit Prices SG$750 Million Bonds Due 2036

Temasek subsidiary, Temasek Financial (I), priced SG$750 million worth of 2.65% guaranteed bonds due 2036, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The bonds will be issued under TFin-I's $300 billion guaranteed global medium-term bond program and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek Holdings.The bonds have been rated Aaa by Moody's and AAA by S&P.TFin-I will utilize net proceeds from the bond issuance to Temasek and its investment holding companies to fund ordinary course of business.The offering is scheduled to close on Aug. 11, with the bonds expected to be listed on Aug. 12.
