Almonty Industries (ASX:AII) received approval to delist from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) due to declining volumes traded on the Australian register as compared with that of the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The number of Chess depositary interests held on the ASX declined to roughly 0.8% of all issued shares as of July 14, the filing said.
The company expects the delisting to occur on Sept. 1, with its Chess depositary interests to be suspended and cease trading at market close on Aug. 28, per the filing.
