All In FutureTech Alliance (AIFA) Chairman and Chief Executive James Li has stepped down from the posts for personal reasons, the company said Wednesday.
Shanglong Li was named chairman, while Weizhi Shao was appointed CEO.
James Li agreed to remain with the company as president and a director over a transition period, the company said.

The layoffs affected workers in the electric-vehicle maker's service and customer organization, the report said. Rivian shares fell 4.3%.
