Alicanto Minerals Changes Name to Sinclair Gold Following Shareholder Approval

Alicanto Minerals (ASX:AQI) said its name change to Sinclair Gold has been implemented following shareholder approval and confirmation from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the new name reflects its transformation into a focused Australian gold exploration and development company following the acquisition of the Mt Henry gold project in Norseman, Western Australia, with trading expected to commence under the new name and ASX code SGC on July 16, the filing added.
