Alcidion Group (ASX:ALC) secured a seven-year agreement with University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust to deploy its electronic patient record platform, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The agreement is valued at around AU$35 million in total, with the possibility of increasing to AU$49 million over 10 years if additional modules such as emergency and patient administration systems are implemented, per the filing.
The company will deploy its flagship modular Miya Precision platform, including Miya Observations and Assessments, and will introduce its virtual care solution in the United Kingdom for the first time to support remote monitoring and care delivery, the filing said.
Revenue of around AU$8.5 million is expected to be recognized in the fiscal 2026, largely driven by an upfront license fee, with implementation beginning immediately, taking about 18 months, and a phased go-live targeted for June 2027, the filing added.
Alcidion Group's shares jumped nearly 5% in recent Monday trade.
