Alcidion Group (ASX:ALC) completed the acquisition of the Kyra Flow products business from Telstra Health, a subsidiary of Telstra Group (ASX:TLS), on Monday, according to a same-day ASX filing.
The acquisition adds 33 customers, of which 31 are new customers.
The company also reconfirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance, with its revenue expected to exceed AU$50 million and its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) expected to exceed AU$5 million. Its operating cashflow is expected to be broadly in-line with fiscal 2025 operating cashflow of AU$5.8 million.
Alcidion Group's shares rose 2% in recent trading on Monday.
