AirJoule Technologies (AIRJ) said Monday it has acquired data center cooling company BitSink in a deal worth up to $67 million.
Under the terms of the deal, AirJoule Technologies acquired 100% of BitSink for an upfront payment of $18 million in cash and $9 million worth of shares.
The deal could be bumped up by another $40 million in AirJoule shares if BitSink meets revenue milestones over the three years after the close.
Shares of AirJoule were down over 2% pre-bell Monday.
