Aimei Health Technology (AFJK) terminated its merger deal with United Hydrogen Group, effective immediately, as the companies failed to complete the transaction within the agreed timeframe, according to a Wednesday statement.
The merger was first announced in June 2024 and then amended in June 2025, Aimei Health Technology said.
Shares of Aimei Health Technology were down more than 25% premarket Thursday.

Ampco-Pittsburgh (AP) said Wednesday its customer order activity in the first half of 2026 totaled about $268 million, up from $204 million in the same period a year earlier.Customer order activity in the company's Forged and Cast Engineered Products segment rose 25% in the first six months of 2026, while Air and Liquid Processing experienced 42% growth year over year, according to a statement.Shares rose more than 15% in after-hours trading.
