Jiangsu Aidea Pharmaceutical (SHA:688488) has completed its acquisition of an additional 22.2% minority stake in its controlling subsidiary, Nanjing Nanda Pharmaceutical, for a total consideration of 130.1 million yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
The Chinese pharmaceutical company acquired the stake from three minority holders: Huatai Guoxin Medical Investment Partnership, Yao Fandi and Nanjing Daoxing Venture Capital Management Center.
The deal was completed following the final payment of the remaining balances.
Following the transaction, Aidea now holds a 73.4% stake in Nanjing Nanda.
