The tenancy will be effective from Feb. 2, 2027, to Feb. 1, 2032, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The department store operator also signed a license agreement related to the commercial accommodation of the premises for five months starting Sept. 2, 2026, and ending Feb. 1, 2027.
