Advantech's (TPE:2395) European subsidiary, Advantech Europe Holding, will dispose of its entire stake in Advantech Europe to affiliate, Advantech Automation Corp., according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The industrial computer maker's unit will dispose of 32.3 million shares at NT$43.97 each for a total of about NT$1.42 billion.
The transaction is part of the company's investment restructuring.
HD-Hyundai Marine Engine (KRX:071970) entered into a sales/supply contract worth 47.5 billion won with XIAMEN XMXYG SHIPBUILDING TRADING.The agreement became effective Friday and will expire Aug. 23, 2029.
