Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) allotted and issued 9.5 million new shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the issue of the new shares, the share capital has increased to 1.71 billion shares.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on June 12.
