The findings included nine rated high, 12 medium, and four low, according to a Wednesday filing.
The findings covered governance, procurement, treasury, IT controls, interested-person transactions, and sustainability reporting.
The company has started a remediation program, and said continued trading of its shares remains appropriate.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
