Advanced Enzyme Technologies Invests Additional INR2.5 Million in Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Advanced Enzyme Technologies (NSE:ADVENZYMES, BOM:540025) has made an additional investment of 2.5 million Indian rupees in its wholly-owned subsidiary, of the company Advanced Nutrazyme, according to a Saturday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The enzymes manufacturer's shares were up nearly 1% in early trade on Monday.

The investment was made by subscribing to Advanced Nutrazyme's rights issue of 250,000 equity shares of 10 rupees each.

With this, the company's investment in the subsidiary has increased to 3 million rupees, amounting to 300,000 equity shares of 10 rupees each.
