Adrad Holdings (ASX:AHL) said it has approved a AU$3 million expansion of its Thailand manufacturing operations, with a new 4,000-square-meter factory to be constructed adjacent to its existing facility on company-owned land, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Construction is scheduled to begin in July, with the building shell expected to be completed by July 2027, per the filing.
The expansion will boost production capacity to address growing demand from data centers, Asia's coil markets, aluminum products, and mining cooling applications, while consolidating operations, enhancing efficiency, and lowering costs, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 6% in recent Monday trade.
