Adani Ports Step-Down Subsidiary Incorporates Wholly Owned MESA Unit

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (NSE:ADANIPORTS, BOM:532921) said its step-down subsidiary Astro Offshore PTE has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Astro Offshore MESA Company, in the MESA region.

The new entity, incorporated on Aug. 31, will conduct offshore operations locally as part of APSEZ's strategy to diversify its fleet globally, according to an exchange filing.

The company said the move will support its plans to build an integrated marine platform and expand the geographic reach of its marine business.

Under the expanded agreement, MediaTek will adopt Nvidia's NVLink Fusion platform, designed to help hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI model developers build custom accelerator chips that connect into Nvidia's rack-scale data center systems.The pact also entails enhancing existing collaboration on Nvidia RTX Spark and DGX Spark chips for consumer and enterprise PCs, as well as AI-powered automotive platforms built around MediaTek's Dimensity Auto line.
