Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (NSE:ADANIPORTS, BOM:532921) handled a record 50 million metric tons of cargo in August, up 19% from a year earlier.
Growth was led by a 25% year on year jump in dry cargo and 15% increase in container volumes, according to a Wednesday filing on Indian bourses.
For the first eight months of fiscal 2026, Adani Ports handled 234.4 million metric tons, up 16% year over year.
Shares of the company rose over 1% in recent trade.
