Adani Enterprises' Airport Unit Sets Up IFSC Subsidiary for Treasury Operations

Adani Enterprises' (BOM:512599, NSE:ADANIENT) step-down subsidiary, Adani Airport City, has incorporated AACL Global IFSC, a wholly owned subsidiary focused on treasury and finance operations, according to a Saturday filing to the Indian exchanges.

AACL Global was incorporated in India on July 15 and received its certificate of incorporation on Aug. 7.

The company has a paid-up capital of 500,000 rupees, comprising 50,000 shares issued at 10 rupees each. Adani Airport City holds 100% of the entity.
