Activia Properties' (TYO:3279) profit rose 14% to 8.46 billion yen for the six months ended May 31 from 7.39 billion yen the previous half-year period.
The REIT's basic earnings per unit increased to 3,558 yen from 3,111 yen in the prior six-month period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Operating revenue jumped 7.2% to 17.7 billion yen from 16.5 billion yen in the preceding half-year period.
Activia Properties declared a cash distribution of 3,204 yen per unit for the period, payable from Aug. 17.
For the fiscal period ending Nov. 30, the REIT expects profit of 8.63 billion yen and operating revenue of 18.4 billion yen.
For the subsequent half-year ending May 31, 2027, the REIT expects profit of 8.05 billion yen and operating revenue of 17.9 billion yen.
Activia plans to pay distributions of 3,278 yen per unit for the half-year ending November 2026 and 3,279 yen for the six months ending May 2027.
