Acrow's Industrial Access Division to Exceed AU$200 Million Revenue in Fiscal Year 2026, Shares Up 7%

Acrow's (ASX:ACF) industrial access division revenue is expected to exceed AU$200 million for the fiscal year 2026, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the Above Scaffold and Brand Australia acquisitions are performing ahead of initial expectations, contributing about AU$40 million of the revenue growth, while the industrial access division is generating organic revenue growth of about AU$30 million for the year.

Significant recent contract wins combined with the revenue profile of existing contracts underpin about AU$180 million of currently secured revenue for fiscal year 2027, it added.

The company's shares rose 7% in recent Wednesday trade.

SK Reit to Lease SK Seorin Building in Seoul to SK Inc

SK Reit (KRX:395400) signed a five-year lease agreement for its SK Seorin Building in Seoul with SK Inc (KRX:034730) with an aim to generate rental income, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The building has an annual rent of 52.8 billion won, with the lease running from July 2026 to July 2031. The transaction value of the deal stood at 53.8 billion won, which included a 32.7 billion won security deposit, the filing said.
