Acer (TPE:2353) clarified it is not involved in a case currently under investigation by prosecutors, in response to a Liberty Times report concerning former Chao-Chi chairman Wen-Hsiang Lee.
According to the media report, former Chao-Chi chairman Wen-Hsiang Lee, who was appointed by Acer and resigned two days later, was released on NT$1 million bail, the filing said.
The company said it complies with applicable laws and regulations and cooperates with investigations and related legal procedures, according to the filing.
