The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) on Thursday began phase one, initial assessment, of a proposed incorporated joint venture named Built Living Holdings to be established by Wesfarmers (ASX:WES) and Built Group Holdings, the regulator's website showed.
The joint venture will establish manufacturing facilities for the development of prefabricated residential apartment buildings.
