Acbel Polytech (TPE:6282) cut its cash dividend from capital surplus to NT$0.79 per share from NT$0.80 per share, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company made the reduction after converting convertible bonds into shares, which increased the number of outstanding shares.
The total cash distribution remains unchanged at NT$684.8 million, it said.

United Microelectronics (TPE:2303) board approved an investment of up to NT$1.7 billion in private equity fund TGVest Asia Partners III (Taiwan), according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The investment will be made through capital contributions based on capital call notices under the fund's limited partnership agreement.The funds will be used as a long-term investment, it said.
