Adnoc Logistics & Services has added 11 vessels to its fleet in a $1.3 billion acquisition, it said on Friday, boosting its capacity to supply global markets.
The additions include three very large gas carriers and six very large crude carriers for delivery in Q3, 2026 with two more VLGCs to be delivered in Q4.
The acquisitions bring the VLCC fleet to 14 and VLGC fleet to 12, the company said in a statement.
Nine of the vessels, six VLCCs and three VLGCs were purchased second hand and will enter service upon delivery in Q3, while two VLGCs were bought through a resale from a leading Chinese shipyard, with delivery in Q4.
