Absolute Clean Energy's (BKK:ACE) unit, Alliance Clean Power, has signed a 25-year project grant agreement with Nakhon Phanom Town Municipality to develop and operate a municipal solid waste power plant under a build-own-operate scheme.
The Nakhon Phanom project is expected to have an installed capacity of 9.9 megawatts, and a power purchase agreement capacity of 8 megawatts, according to a Thursday Thailand Exchange filing.
The company said it will provide further updates once a power purchase agreement is signed.
