Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) is likely to post a Q2 earnings beat on better-than-expected sales, but upside over the results is limited as the market has already priced in a similar outcome, UBS said in a Monday research note.
The company is set to report Q2 results on Wednesday.
The company's brands have bolstered their position in specialty retail and can deliver robust growth beyond 2026, according to the note.
The brokerage said it expects EPS to grow at a 12% compound annual growth rate over five years. The 2026 guidance implies more robust growth in H2 despite EMEA headwinds, analysts wrote.
The brokerage said it reiterated its buy rating on the stock and price target of $153 per share.
