AbbVie's (ABBV) phase 3 study of etentamig in patients with triple-class exposed relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma met its dual primary endpoints of objective response rate and progression-free survival, the company said Thursday.
Trial results, which covered 393 patients, demonstrated significantly higher objective response rate and improved progression-free survival with etentamig compared with standard available therapies, AbbVie said.
AbbVie plans to discuss the phase 3 study's results with regulatory authorities globally to determine the next development steps for etentamig, according to the statement.
