Abacus Group (ASX:ABG) appointed Lawrence Wong as chief financial officer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Wong will begin on Aug. 17 and assume the CFO role on Sept. 1, per the filing.
Wong will succeed Evan Goodridge, who will begin at Abacus Storage King (ASX:ASK) on Sept 1, ensuring a smooth transition, the filing added.
The company's shares fell around 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
