4DMedical (ASX:4DX) said operating revenue for fiscal 2026 was AU$7.2 million, up 23% on the prior corresponding period, driven by increased paid scan volume, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it is now delivering software-as-a-service (SaaS) products at 540 sites globally, up 39% year on year, producing a record fourth quarter of 105,970 scans, up 43% on the prior corresponding period.
Cash balance stood at AU$278 million as of June 30, with the company also completing the acquisition of European lung imaging artificial intelligence company Contextflow after quarter-end following approval from Austrian Foreign Direct Investment authorities and all required regulatory approvals, the filing added.
The company's shares rose past 8% in recent Friday trade.
