2 Cheap Cars Group (NZE:2CC) said acceptances for Sena & Co's takeover offer have reached 13.525% of its total issued shares as of Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The bidder said a further 0.229% of shares held through Sharesies Nominee had been instructed to accept the offer but had not yet been received, which would lift total acceptances to at least 13.754% if received, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Friday trade.
