シンガポール企業、エネルギーショックを受け採用を凍結

-- シンガポール全国雇用者連盟(SNEF)が実施した最新の調査によると、米イラン戦争に端を発するエネルギー危機を受け、シンガポールの企業の大半が新規採用の凍結と福利厚生の削減に着手している。 月曜日に発表されたこの調査では、210社を対象に調査を実施し、回答企業の96%が運営コストの上昇を経験しており、5社に1社はコストが25%増加したと回答した。 一方、41%は11%から25%の緩やかなコスト増加を報告した。 調査によると、回答者の半数以上が人材確保を主要な懸念事項として挙げている。
