-- Unisync (UNI.TO) reported an increase in its net income and revenue in the second quarter, on Friday.
For the three months ended March 31, 2026, the company reported net income of $2.2 million or $0.11 per share, compared with $0.1 million or breakeven per share, a year earlier. Quarterly adjusted EBITDA rose to $4.7 million from $3.2 million in the prior-year period.
Revenues increased to $28.7 million in the quarter compared with $24.5 million, a year-ago, driven primarily by previously announced new business that commenced shipping during the quarter, the company said.
The company also secured an additional $8.2 million in annualized new business in both UGL and Peerless segments, with the majority of the new business wins in the U.S., during the quarter.
Shares of the company closed up 1.5% to $2.1 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
