-- Design and technology services provider Tata Elxsi (NSE:TATAELXSI, BOM:500408) appointed Nalin Rana as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company, with effect from May 30, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Rana, who joined the Tata Group in 2021, serves as a senior leader in the group CFO and group strategy office of Tata Sons and a board member at Tata Teleservices and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra).
He will take over from Gaurav Bajaj, who resigned as CFO, effective May 29, to pursue opportunities outside the organization.
The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent trade.
