Datavault AI (DVLT) stock was down more than 19% after the company said it has agreed to sell 109.1 million common shares in a registered direct offering to institutional investors for gross proceeds of about $60 million.
Blaize (BZAI) signed a strategic partnership agreement with Winmate to integrate its AI chips into systems for defense and critical infrastructure, targeting about $15 million in first-year business, the company said. Shares of Blaize were up more than 19% pre-bell.
