In corporate news, Goldman Sachs (GS) has reached an agreement to settle a shareholder class action linked to the 1Malaysia Development, or 1MDB, scandal, Bloomberg reported, citing a letter from Goldman and lead plaintiff Sjunde AP-Fonden to US District Judge Vernon Broderick. Goldman shares rose 0.5%.
