-- Maoyan Entertainment (HKG:1896) agreed to lease office space from Beijing Yulin, a subsidiary of Enlight Media, under a nine-year agreement, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down nearly 2% in midday Wednesday trade.
The lease, signed by its unit Beijing Maoyan Weying, will run from April 21, 2026, to April 20, 2035.
The annual rent for the first three-year period is approximately 18.5 million yuan, with rent expected to increase by around 3% in subsequent periods.
The premises, with a total gross floor area of about 9,739 square meters, will be used for office purposes.
