-- Hyundai Mobis (KRX:012330) plans to retire 1.1 million common shares, valued at 500 billion won, the South Korean auto parts manufacturer said in a Monday filing with Korea Exchange.
The shares have a par value of 5,000 per share.
The share buyback will take place between April 27 and July 24. Hyundai Motor Securities will carry out the buyback, according to the filing.
Shares of the company rose more than 2% at market close.
