-- HDB Financial Services (NSE:HDBFS, BOM:544429) has raised 3.25 billion Indian rupees through the allotment of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The company allotted 32,500 non-convertible debentures of a face value of 100,000 rupees each with a coupon rate of 7.58% per annum. They will mature on May 29, 2028.
The debentures are proposed to be listed on the BSE's wholesale debt market segment.
