-- Future Mineral Resources has named Indivar Pathak president and chief executive officer, effective immediately, the company said late on Friday.
Additionally, Con Steers has been appointed as the non-executive chairman, Stephen Woodhead as the chief financial officer, and Andreas Rompel as the chief operating officer. All appointments are effective immediately.
The appointments of Pathak and Woodhead follow the resignations of Fred Leigh as the president, CEO and a director of the company and Peter Michel as CFO.
Future Mineral Resources has also entered into a master services agreement with Native Ads for assistance with its investor awareness marketing campaign.
