-- First Graphene (ASX:FGR) agreed to acquire all manufacturing, intellectual property, and development assets of Ionic Industries and its Imagine Intelligent Materials subsidiary for a total consideration of AU$250,000 in cash and shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The acquisition is expected to settle within 90 days, the filing said.
First Graphene's shares rose nearly 2% in midday trade Tuesday.
