-- Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) and Greystone said Wednesday they closed the sale and arranged $28.22 million in Freddie Mac financing for the acquisition of Landmark Apartments, a 264-unit multifamily property in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
The garden-style community was financed through a five-year loan with a 30-year amortization schedule, which includes an initial interest-only period before principal repayment begins, they added.
Shares of Cushman & Wakefield were down 3.7% in Wednesday trading.
