Earnings per share increased 4.2% year on year to 0.74 yuan from 0.71 yuan.
Operating revenue jumped 6.5% to 6.20 billion yuan from 5.82 billion yuan in the prior year.
The lender's shares jumped less than 3% during the afternoon trade.
