The electronics company's basic earnings per share increased to 91.20 yen from 70.42 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
Revenue edged up 4% to 117.5 billion yen in the year ended March 31 from 113 billion yen in the prior year.
Anritsu raised its final dividend to 30 yen per share, including a 4 yen commemorative dividend, from 20 yen initially. The dividend is payable from June 26.
For fiscal year 2026, the company expects attributable profit of 15 billion yen, basic EPS of 117.19 yen, and revenue of 140 billion yen.
Anritsu plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 25 yen per share each for the year, which is higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.
