Shares of the property manager were up nearly 3% in morning trading on Wednesday.
Earnings per share came in at 0.07 yuan, compared with a loss per share of 2.32 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue fell 7.5% to 12.9 billion yuan from 13.9 billion yuan in 2024.
The company proposed a final dividend of 0.06 yuan per share.
