-- Teradyne's (TER) Teradyne Robotics unit said Tuesday the Regional Court of Hamburg has issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting Elite Robots Germany from offering or distributing allegedly infringing software until further notice.
Elite Robots Germany was also ordered to provide information about the allegedly infringing acts it has committed and the clients it has supplied, Teradyne Robotics said, adding it aims to take legal action against Elite Robots' distributors and partners that will continue to offer the allegedly infringing software.
Teradyne Robotics in February sued Elite Robots Germany over alleged copyright infringement of software belonging to Teradyne's Universal Robots.
