Wilson has hired an operating partner to be part of the new venture, which will include new brands and existing small brands, according to the report.
A spokesperson for Wilson said he "has been an investor in technical apparel for years" and has "recently created a new structure to bring additional focus to its investments in early-stage, founder-led companies," as per Bloomberg.
Representatives for Wilson did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
