-- Zhongyuan Bank (HKG:1216) said Guo Hao resigned as chairman of the board, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the firm fell over 1% in morning trade Wednesday.
Guo was succeeded by Zhou Feng, the bank's vice chairman and president.
Zhongyuan said Zhou stepped down as president to focus on his new role, and that it appointed Zhang Tao as the new president of the bank.
