-- Wing Tai (SGX:W05) subsidiary Winrich Investment and Metrobilt Construction were jointly awarded the tender by Singapore's Urban Redevelopment Authority for a leasehold land parcel located at Dunearn Road, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The site area is approximately 19,046 square meters and has a tender price of SG$533 million.
Following the award, Winrich and Metrobilt will enter into a joint venture to develop the land for residential and commercial use, the filing stataed.
