Of the total, 1.5 million and 100,000 respective awards were offered to Chairman Yang Xianxiang and Vice Chair Yang Xin, with the remaining grantees comprising various directors, employees, and related entity participants.
Of the total award shares, nearly 1.1 million will be satisfied by shares currently held by a trustee, while 11.5 million will be satisfied by the issue of new shares, representing around 0.43% of the firm's issued share capital.
Following the grant, the marine shipping services company will have 240.2 million shares available for future grant under the scheme mandate limit.
