Saboo Sodium Chloro Gets Land Conversion Approval to Build New Resort in Jawai, India

-- Saboo Sodium Chloro (BOM:530461) has received a conversion order from the office of the District Collector of Pali, in Rajasthan, India for the land parcel on which the company is developing a resort in Jawai, Rajasthan, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company plans to build a 120-room luxury 5-star resort on the acquired land in Jawai.

This latest order, marks the completion of the key regulatory approvals required to start construction of the project.

Subject to receipt of the building plan approval and other customary statutory clearances, the company expects to begin construction thereafter.
